The contacts you can make on blogs and forums are important to your business, but limit the time you spend there everyday. Make it an hour a day while you are drinking your coffee and munching something with chocolate on it.
If you are starting your business on a part-time basis, you might want to schedule blogging, posting, checking out forums and researching on different days. Do not forget to take a day off each week to recharge your batteries and clear your head. Every marketer needs a brain break to stay fresh and focused, even you.
Planning is important, having a list to do is crucial, but the devil is in details - You have to stick to the plan.
