So let's google it and if there are millions of sites in the search results, well, that means that you are going to face some stiff competition. But if there are only thousands of sites that offer the same product as you, well, in that case, it should be easygoing to a certain extent.
Your fourth step is all about how you are planning to monetize your product. It can be anything from writing an ebook on how to climb mountains or you can always put a course together in the DVD format with video tutorials. As it is, people are always impressed by video tutorials and your product would get more visitors if you decide to go with video tutorials. Also, video tutorials are always a whole lot easier to understand and nothing gets lost in translation. At this point, all you have to do is to think as to the best method of presenting your product to the market, assuming that it has one.
